Full time
You will complete a Certificate III Business qualification over 12 months through a combination of formal training with a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) and practical on-the-job experience with Zeal Futures and our host employer.
Throughout your formal training and practical experience in the workplace, you will have the opportunity to:
Answer and direct phone calls, and provide information to clients General administrative duties ad hoc, inclusive of handling mail and deliveries, managing office supplies and inventory, data entry and keeping the office tidy and organised Assist with preparing documents, reports, presentations, expense reports and basic bookkeeping Record keeping and handling confidential and sensitive information Carry out other duties that are within the limits of trainee skills, competence and ability as required What you'll bring to the table...
To be successful in this role, you'll need to meet the following selection criteria:
Commitment to both on and off the job training. Show enthusiasm and willingness to learn towards the traineeship and learning opportunity Able to work as part of a team Be punctual, honest and reliable Clear communication skills, both verbal and written Mandatory Requirements
Willingness to obtain National Police Check Willingness to undergo pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol screening and functional capacity assessment. About Zeal Futures
