You'll primarily provide professional support and coordination to the Organisation Support Section to enable a wide range of projects and administration. You'll be responsible for managing the Section Manager's calendar whilst monitoring inboxes for each of the broader units across the team.This role is crucial to the day-to-day operations of the Organisation Support Section and will maintain HRIS systems ensuring the integrity of data and records, reconcile and process invoices and purchase cards monthly, assist the teams in scheduling training and supporting the recruitment process.This is the perfect candidateIf you have a people-centric approach and a knack for all things organisation and time management, we have the perfect opportunity for you!Although we're not seeking someone with a background in people or systems, we are seeking a self-starter who has a genuine passion for the administration field.
