Explore our school website to learn more about us. We are seeking an experienced Administration Officer – Student Services to join the Siena Catholic College team. The Administration Officer – Student Services position is integral to the provision of service to students and staff relating to attendance and first aid. The Administration Officer – Student Services is the first point of contact for visitors to the College. As the first point of contact, the role holder must exercise discretion and confidentiality when dealing with visitors and callers and always operate with a high degree of professionalism. As a member of the College Administration team, the Administration Officer – Student Services supports the team's objective of providing the highest level of service to the College community. The successful candidate will be a team player who will work collaboratively with others. To be eligible to be considered for this role you will:
hold a Paid Employee Positive Notice Blue Card prior to commencement;
be eligible to work in Australia for the duration of the appointment;
have a commitment to and understanding of the ethos and traditions of Catholic Education;
hold a current First Aid certificate or willingness to complete;
Have a commitment to Safeguarding
