About the role
The position is responsible for modelling our Gold Coast Private Hospital values by maintaining an extensive knowledge of prosthetics management to ensure accurate and timely patient billing whilst also maintaining efficient prosthetic procurement.

Your duties will include
Monitor workflow processes to meet KPI and revenue targets by analysing daily theatre reports to identify prosthetic items and their corresponding rebate codes to facilitate timely and accurate billing and stock purchases.
Reconcile billing and orders on a daily basis and provide feedback to Theatre teams.
Receive prosthetic items into stock management system.
Match invoices to orders and forward to accounts payable in a timely manner.
Reconcile accounts payable system.
Monitor items on backorder and contact suppliers as required.
Liaise with prosthetic suppliers for product related enquiries.
Maintain and generate regular reports such as prosthetic stock and waste.
Generate reports as requested by the Front Office Manager, General Manager, Director of Nursing or Finance Manager.
Maintain confidentiality at all times.
Stock taking items weekly.
Reconciling Tech 1 with inventory.
Liaising with the billings team.
Essential Criteria:
Experience in office administration systems and processes (including documenting processes).
Experience in accounts receivable, payable and stock reconciliations.
Effective customer management service skills.
Strong communication skills including the ability to gather information via numerous mediums.
Previous experience with WebPAS and Tech One systems advantageous but not essential.
Previous experience with health fund contracts.
Previous experience with prosthetic stock management.
Highly motivated and organised.
Attention to detail and a willingness to learn.
Ability to work in a team and autonomously.
Ability to follow instruction and take direction as required.
