Are you an experienced administrative professional with a keen eye for detail?
We have an exciting full-time opportunity for an Administration Officer to join a dynamic team in Brisbane.
The Client:
Our client is a large and well-established not-for-profit organization, dedicated to improving the lives of individuals and communities across South-East Queensland.
With a network of parishes, schools, and community services, they manage a broad portfolio of property assets.

The Role:
In this role, you'll provide comprehensive administrative support to the property team, contributing to the effective management of property assets.
Your responsibilities will include maintaining property records, managing lease registers, processing invoices, and liaising with external stakeholders on matters such as land tax and Council rates.
You'll also play a key role in supporting project planning and governance processes.
Key Responsibilities:

General administrative duties, including managing correspondence, scheduling meetings, and maintaining filing systems.
Property administration, such as managing the property asset register and lease renewals.
Assisting with project administration by coordinating meetings, reconciling accounts, and maintaining project lists.
Supporting governance processes by preparing reports and submissions.

About You:
To succeed in this role, you will have strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks with minimal supervision.
Experience in property administration is highly desirable, as is proficiency in managing databases and document control.
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to teamwork are essential.
