Provide administration support to RFDS Mount Isa Base through data entry, general administration, reception, and travel coordination.

In this role, you will provide accurate, timely and efficient day-to-day administration support to the operations of the base.
Duties will include:Reception duties (Customer service, inbox management, and incoming calls)General administration support for Medical, Nursing, and Aviation teams.Clinical and non-clinical data entry and reportingCoordination of travel bookings of the FIFO teamThis is an exciting opportunity for someone who is looking for a role with variety and to further refine and develop their skills in a team-focused and professional environment.
Who we are looking for?To be successful in this role you will have previous experience working in a busy office environment, possess excellent data entry skills, and meet the following criteria:
