This position assists the Mental Health Act Administrator Delegate in the administrative functions of the Mental Health Act 2016 for the Sunshine Coast Network Authorised Mental Health Service, in accordance with the delegations as set out in the Functions, Powers and Duties of the Administrator.
Key Responsibilities include:Ensure all Mental Health Act data entries are accurate and checked to ensure compliance with the Mental Health Act 2016 timeframes and sufficient information isIn consultation with the Administrator Delegate, liaise with Hospital and Health Service Employees, Mental Health Review Tribunal, Queensland Police Service, Queensland Ambulance Service, Mental Health Directorate, Legal Representatives, Mental Health Court and Magistrates Courts concerning relevant matters relevant in the Mental Health ActEnsure that priority schedules and deadlines are effectively met.
Remuneration value up to $48 828 p.a., comprising salary rates $38.81 - $43.16 p.h., employer contribution to superannuation (up to 12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) (AO3) (part time position, 38 hrs p.f.).
