An opportunity has become available for an experienced person to join our large successful Company as Administration Assistant at Tamworth Livestock Office. Reporting to the Administration Manager, you will be required to utilise your administration and people skills and will mediate with Managers and employees on all day-to-day activities.
Key Responsibilities (not limited to): Data Entry including some work involving numbers, Perform receptionist dutiesOrganization of stock and orders in the store. Assist in maintaining filesBasic administration duties including filing, photocopying and word processing At times they may be required to lift up to 5kgs (boxes on to trolleys). Skills & Experience: Previous administration experienceThe ideal candidate will be capable of working within a team, as well as independently. Excellent verbal and written English communication skillsExcellent Attention to detaildemonstrate strong customer service skills.Ability to meet deadlinesComputer literate with accurate data entry skillsAbility to maintain privacy and confidentialityIdeally be positive in nature, proactive and keen to learnPlease note: Due to our strict biosecurity requirements, you must not have any birds, pigs or poultry at home and be willing to maintain our quarantine policy and procedures.
