About the role: We're looking for a passionate and dedicated Aboriginal Administrative Officer Level 2 to be a key player in delivering top-tier care to clients of our Mental Health and Homeless Health Services. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic and supportive team at the Inner-City Health Program, based at the O'Brien Centre.
Your day-to-day will involve: Creating a Positive First Impression: You'll be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, offering a warm and friendly welcome while ensuring the reception area is always inviting, organized, and professional.
Managing Communication Like a Pro: Juggling a high volume of phone calls and emails with ease, you'll be the go-to person for information, questions, and direction.
Keeping Things Running Smoothly: From updating patient information systems to ensuring everything is in place behind the scenes, you'll be on top of the details that keep our service organized and efficient.
Collaborating with Your Team: You'll be an integral part of a dynamic administration team, always ready to support your colleagues and contribute to the collective success of the team.
