Administration Officer

Details of the offer

Provision of administration services such as customer contact, word processing, record management,
information systems as well as the provision of timely and accurate information in response to internal
and/or external enquiries.
Responsibilities: Assist with or carry out business administration functions such as processing financial transactions
and reports and high level internal/external correspondence.Research and analyse information in order to prepare correspondence and reports, as required.Assist with projects in an administrative capacity.Provide accurate and timely advice in a professional manner and serve the role as a primary point of
contact in relation to civil operations enquiries.Work effectively as a member of the work area's support team and ensure the provision of quality
customer service at all times.Maintain knowledge and understanding of the specific roles and their functionality within the depot.Provision of administration and liaison services in relation to disaster management.This position may be required to relieve in other areas within Infrastructure Services Department as
required.Such other relevant duties as required from time to time which would generally fall within the skill and
