At Lives Lived Well, we treat and support people whose lives are affected by alcohol and other drugs.
We offer a number of services across NSW.
In Dubbo we offer a free day rehabilitation program and the Roadmaps outreach program for rural New South Wales communities.
Our Orange team provides alcohol and other drug counselling and outreach services from our services hub in Orange.
Your opportunity We are looking for an office all-rounder who has a positive attitude and a keen interest to work in the community services sector.
As the sole Administrator, you will provide administrative and financial support to our clinical teams in Dubbo and Orange.
Your contemporary administrative and organisational support skills will be essential to the success of our program.
The role will be dynamic and varied so you'll need to have a broad knowledge and be interested in developing your skills further.
You will provide effective administrative, operational and communication support to staff, clients, and stakeholders.
You will be the first point of contact and manage the front desk, including all enquiries and referral allocation.
Your duties include coordinating events, training and meeting requests as required.
You will also assist with quality management tasks, including audit and compliance requirements.
This is a full-time maximum term contract role until 30 June 2025.
You will be working 5 days per week based between our Orange and Dubbo offices.
The position can be based in either Dubbo or Orange, with regular travel between the two offices.
A fully maintained company vehicle will be available to you to travel in between the offices.
The gross hourly pay rate is $37.35 per hour to $40.05 per hour plus super, depending on the successful candidate's skills, knowledge, and experience.
What are we looking for? With a solid foundation in office administration, you will be someone who loves working in a team and is happy to roll up your sleeves and pitch in to do what needs doing.

Previous experience working in an administration role in a health care or community services setting.Adaptability and an agile approach – you'll be providing administration, communication, and coordination support across two teams and offices.Self-motivated and the ability to manage your own workload.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to proactively prioritise, multi-task and work flexibly.Professional presentation.Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality.High level working knowledge and familiarity with Microsoft Office including Excel or similar data management systems.Current Australian Driver's Licence.Love working with talented people who are humble, human, and full of hope.
