JMH Plumbing & Drainage is a family owned business servicing Charters Towers and surrounding regions. We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic administration officer to join our friendly team.
We are looking for someone who is reliable, extremely motivated, and professional with a great work ethic. High presentation and excellent customer service skills are a must.
Daily duties will include:
Responding and managing daily emails.Assisting in answering and managing incoming phone calls and responding to client enquiries.Scheduling, organising, and managing incoming jobs and field calendars.Assisting with stock ordering.Assisting in daily completion/forwarding of invoices and quotes to clients.Effectively communicating and managing relationships with team and clients.Maintaining office policies & procedures, various registers, and ordering of stationery.Attending to general office cleaning duties.This position is full-time. Remuneration is dependent on experience and qualifications.
