ABOUT THE ROLE As our Office Administrator, you will be reporting directly to our Finance Manager and be responsible for providing a range of administrative services across our business. Your professional and friendly disposition, along with your willingness to help our customers and our staff in a timely manner, will be critical to the role.
You will be organised, reliable, and have a high attention to detail. Being able to work across our business will mean that your ability to multi-task and prioritise will be one of your strengths. Your communication skills, both verbal and written, will be professional and friendly.
This is a full-time position.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Liaise with customers for invoicing and billing purposes. Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries and direct them to the appropriate departments or individuals. Assist with completing admin on tenders, quotes, and reports. Undertake AP and AR tasks. Order office supplies. Work with department managers to assist in completing jobs and quotes when required. Other administration tasks as required. TO BE SUCCESSFUL YOU WILL HAVE: Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role and industry with accounting experience. Intermediate level of understanding and use of Microsoft Office suite programs. Excellent verbal and written skills adapted to different audiences. Ability to multi-task with clear decision-making skills and a high attention to detail. Highly organised. Ability to work closely in a team or independently.
