It interacts internally with the various departments as well as external suppliers and customers. Main tasks involve ensuring we charge to customers correctly and accurately as well as processing and paying suppliers invoices accurately and within appropriate time limits What we are looking for Previous experience in an administration or admin/accounts role Exceptional attention to detail Excellent communication and customer service skills Solid organisational and time management skills Good keyboarding and PC literacy skills, particularly Excel A strong team orientation and the ability to work collaboratively Someone who takes initiative and has a positive approach What you'll love: Make a real difference: you will be encouraged to critically evaluate our practices and propose ways of improving them.
