Prepare and process correspondence and other documentation including data entry relevant to court documentation in accordance with approved procedures and process and maintain necessary records. Develop, implement and maintain office systems, policies and procedures and prepare correspondence of an administrative nature. Establish and maintain effective communication with all stakeholders to complement service provision. Research Queensland Police Service (QPS) information systems to obtain relevant information to support the prosecution process relevant to court proceedings. Review prosecution files to identify offenders suitable to participate in offender programs. Provide administrative support to QPS prosecutors at court proceedings and meetings.
