Are you an organised and proactive professional with a passion for supporting people and processes? We're looking for a Human Resources Administration Officer to play a vital role in delivering high-quality administrative support and guidance to our team and stakeholders.
This position will require the successful applicant to work 16 hours per week across three days.
About the Opportunity Providing efficient, competent, and confidential administrative support to the Human Resources team.Actively assist with Human Resources processes and policies, offering guidance to internal departments, external organisations, and the public.What you will bring Ideally the successful applicant will have the following:
Relevant post-secondary qualification / certificate or minimum three years' experience in an administration role.Proven ability to deliver high-level customer service with demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality.High level written and verbal communication skills with the ability to liaise confidently in person and over the phone.Sound working knowledge in the use of Microsoft Office applications and experience maintaining an electronic record keeping system.Demonstrated ability to work in and contribute to a team environment while managing own time effectively.Hold a current satisfactory Police Check or willing to obtain one prior to employment.Salary and ConditionsThe position is classified within Band 4 of Council's Current Enterprise Agreement ranging from $35.73 to $38.20 per hour plus statutory superannuation.
