About the role: We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Contact Centre Administration Officer to join our Outpatients Contact Centre. This role is crucial in managing patient interactions, ensuring their queries are addressed, and their appointments are efficiently handled.
Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound phone calls from patients regarding their outpatient appointments. Provide accurate and helpful responses to patient inquiries. Update patient details in the system promptly and accurately. Schedule follow-up appointments.
