About the role: The successful candidate will primarily be providing an effective administrative service working across the Administration Team of Manning Campus to support the provision of excellent patient outcomes facilitated by all service providers whilst demonstrating excellent frontline customer service skills. This opportunity also encompasses specific administrative support to Emergency Department, Inpatient Wards, Outpatient Services, and Revenue Services. Working alongside service providers supporting them in their promotion of; and ensuring optimal health outcomes for patients and consumers of the service. The administrative support requirement is on a casual rotating roster pattern. Training in the specific internal programs will be provided along with orientation to Manning Hospital. About you: You will require excellent communication skills with an attention to detail, well-developed transferrable administration skills including up to date knowledge of Microsoft Office is also essential to complete the duties required. If you are a good communicator, hardworking, energetic, flexible, and able to work cooperatively in a team, who is honest and passionate in providing care to those accessing the Health Service we need you on our team!
