Blue Mountains District ANZAC Memorial Hospital is an acute hospital that supports a population of approximately 80,000 and is the only ANZAC Memorial hospital remaining in NSW.
Easily accessible to Sydney residents, our team of clinicians, allied health, and support staff works with the community on a shared goal to maintain the delivery of high-quality healthcare in the Blue Mountains region.
Springwood Hospital was opened in 1976 as a community-based hospital in the Blue Mountains.
The Springwood community remains very active in supporting and raising funds for the hospital, which provides a range of allied health, rehabilitation, aged care and palliative care services.
A great opportunity has now become available for Administration Officers to join the Casual pool located at Blue Mountains District ANZAC Memorial and Springwood Hospitals.
Your role will see you provide timely and accurate customer service and administrative support, collection of patient data, maintaining confidentiality, and entering information accurately into iPM.
As an Administration Officer, you will provide superior customer-focused service, greeting our customers, directing their calls and face-to-face enquiries to the appropriate person or area.

What you will bring to the role:
Extensive administrative knowledge and experience, including reception duties, with effective customer service skills Demonstrated ability to prioritise, co-ordinate and time manage daily tasks Demonstrated ability to work both independently and in a team environment Excellent communication skills both verbal and written Computer literacy, particularly familiarity with Microsoft Office and previous experience with NSW Health programs would be well regarded Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy NBMLHD is committed to achieving a diverse workforce and is an Equal Opportunity Employer, actively encouraging diversity and inclusion within our workforce.
