The Tasmanian State Service (TSS) is the largest employer in Tasmania, with over 28,000 employees providing services to the Tasmanian community at all levels.
Provide direct support to the Clinical Lead/Clinical Director/Director of Nursing and Midwifery of the relevant service through minute/note taking, preparation of correspondence, organisation and scheduling of meetings and diary management.
Create and maintain clinical rosters for the service in conjunction with the Clinical Lead, liaising with various medical staff and hospital departments to ensure information integrity.
Rostering – Paediatric Outpatient/Obstetrics & Gynaecology Department Schedule and Oncall Roster Locums, timesheets and leave requirements Secretarial for Clinical Meetings – co-ordination of minutes, agendas and outstanding actions Extensive Diary Management Be flexible and adaptable to assist with the day-to-day office operations. Details of appointment: Fixed term, part time, day worker, working up to 56 hours per fortnight, commencing 8 December 2024 until 8 June 2025. Notwithstanding hours to be negotiated with the successful applicant.
Salary: $71,661 to $77,455 per annum (Pro rata). Our Employer 11.5% superannuation contribution is on top of this amount.
