SEJ are currently offering a great opportunity for an efficient administration professional to support the success of our Livestock and Real Estate Agents.
About the Opportunity:
Reporting to the General Manager, you will work with key stakeholders across the business to manage and support the daily operations of our livestock business and real estate agency.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Leading and supporting our livestock administration team Real estate administration and trust accounting Providing professional and timely customer service to existing and prospective clients Managing accounts payable & receivable, payroll, general ledger, banking & reconciliations Marketing advertisements and social media Supporting and coaching staff in implementing their roles to improve performance About you: To be successful you will:
Be a self-starter, who can work unsupervised, with a hands-on approach to your work Have previous administration experience in a similar role Have a high attention to detail Deliver great customer service and support on the phone, via email and in person Have previous accounting experience Certificate IV in Property Services (Real Estate) would be an advantage but not essential Why work for us?
