About the Opportunity: Reporting to the General Manager, you will work with key stakeholders across the business to manage and support the daily operations of our livestock business and real estate agency.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Leading and supporting our livestock administration teamReal estate administration and trust accountingProviding professional and timely customer service to existing and prospective clientsManaging accounts payable & receivable, payroll, general ledger, banking & reconciliationsMarketing advertisements and social mediaSupporting and coaching staff in implementing their roles to improve performanceAbout you: To be successful you will:
Be a self-starter, who can work unsupervised, with a hands-on approach to your workHave previous administration experience in a similar roleHave a high attention to detailDeliver great customer service and support on the phone, via email and in personHave previous accounting experienceCertificate IV in Property Services (Real Estate) would be an advantage but not essentialWhy work for us?
