Job DescriptionWe are looking for an administration professional to join our onsite centre management teams at Belrose and Leichhardt.
This is a fantastic opportunity to utilise your customer service and administration skills in this varied and valued role.
Reporting to the Senior Centre Manager, this full-time role will be involved in the coordination of all aspects of office administration, reception, account management and extensive client/tenant liaison.
Some of your key responsibilities will include:
Working closely with fellow team members, tenants, suppliers.Handling enquiries from customers, tenants, owners & contractors.Preparation of reports and correspondence.Assisting centre management with the preparation of budgets and reconciliations.Processing of invoices, work orders and lease administration.Account management including rental collection, arrears reconciliations and accounts payable.QualificationsThe skills and experience you will bring to this role include:
Strong customer service & communication skills.Intermediate skill level in Microsoft Word and Excel.Strong organisational skills with the ability to multi-task.Proactive and positive attitude.Previous real estate or shopping centre exposure would be preferable but is not essential.Additional InformationWe foster an environment in which everyone at Colliers feels respected and comfortable bringing their authentic selves to do their best work.
