About the role: We are looking for an experienced and passionate Administration Manager to support the team at our Clyde North home.
Your day will have a variety of tasks from engaging with residents, their families and our employees to managing and overseeing all aspects of administrative tasks for the home.
This is a busy, multi-faceted role that will suit an empathic professional administrator with significant experience in the Aged Care sector.
Monday - Friday: 0900hrs – 1706hrs You will be working within an inclusive and supportive team of Registered Nurses, Enrolled Nurses, Personal Carers, General Practitioners, Allied Health professionals, residents and their families.
About you: You have a strong background in administration and a genuine ability to deliver a high level of customer service and support.
You are enthusiastic, highly organised and dedicated to making a difference.
Rostering / Time and Attendance experience essential Prior experience in Aged Care or the Health sector desirable Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong literacy and computer skills Attention to detail, high organisational skills and able to multi-task Confident and empathetic nature Team player To be the successful candidate you must meet the position requirements as well as provide a current Police Check, along with COVID-19 (including Booster) and Influenza vaccination highly recommended.
