We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Administration Manager to lead various administration functions across both our Jesmond Central and Wallsend Village Shopping Centres.
The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership skills, a strong understanding of business processes, and the ability to effectively manage a diverse team.
This role requires a proactive individual who can identify areas for improvement, implement efficient systems, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
About the role Assist Centre Manager with forecasts, budgeting, and reporting.
Assist Centre Manager with monthly accruals, outgoings, and other charges.
Rent roll administration and management of rental reviews.
Management of arrears and arrears reporting.
Effective & efficient records management and document control.
Maintaining relationships with a range of stakeholders, including senior management, centre staff, retailers, and external stakeholders.
Lead and supervise the Centre Administrator.
About you Demonstrated experience in an administrative management role, preferably in retail shopping centre management.
Strong financial and accounting skills including accounts payable and receivable.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure.
Excellent organisational and time management abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
Proficient in using office software and systems, including MS Office Suite.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, coupled with strong negotiation skills.
Ability to understand the retail lease requirements for tenants.
Based at our Jesmond Central Shopping Centre along with working from Wallsend Village Shopping Centre when required, this is a full-time role within a small team with office hours between 8.30am to 5.30pm.
