Team Global Express has an exciting full-time permanent opportunity for an experienced Administration Officer at our Depot in Emerald. Some Benefits: Full-time permanent position – Port HedlandHigh priority to safety and keeping our team members safeAll PPE and uniforms are providedAbout the Role: This opening is for an Admin Officer to join our team in Emerald.Provide general administration, data entry, and office support to the wider team where required.Stock management - ensure sufficient supplies of all resources and equipment.Order in office supplies including stationery, technology, staff uniforms, and other general items.Scan and file office work and documentation, and handle sensitive information responsibly and compliantly.Utilise CRMs and tracking systems to track customer freight and resolve queries.Manage customer queries across multiple divisions within Team Global Express.Handle each customer interaction with empathy and resilience, adapting to diverse needs and situations.Educate customers on how to use our self-service platforms effectively.Liaise frequently with on-site staff and proactively build relationships with key operations staff to resolve any customer queries or requests.What you'll bring: A high attention to detail.Strong data entry skills.A passion for customer service.The ability to prioritise tasks efficiently.A strong attention to safety.Previous experience in a similar role (preferred but not mandatory).About Team Global Express:
