The Talent Acquisition Coordinator is integral to the successful operation of our recruitment and onboarding processes. This is a permanent, part-time position based at our Brisbane Corporate Office, offering flexibility to work within school hours and the option to work from home two days per week.
How will you support the team? Build strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and internal teams, providing exceptional customer service throughout the recruitment and onboarding journey.
Recruitment Support: Respond to candidate and internal queries in a timely and professional manner, escalating issues where necessary.Conduct screening services, including phone interviews and reference checks, to assist the recruitment team in evaluating potential candidates.Schedule interviews with candidates and panel members, ensuring a seamless process from start to finish.Collect candidate documentation aligned to selection criteria and role requirements, including compliance documentation, while supporting the credentialing process for clinical candidates. Onboarding: Coordinate pre-employment and onboarding processes for new employees, ensuring all necessary documentation and compliance steps are completed.Maintain accurate records within our applicant tracking system (ATS), ensuring privacy and confidentiality standards are met.Work closely with other departments, such as Digital & Technology and Credentialing, to support new employee onboarding.
