Are you a skilled administration professional looking for a part-time (20 hours per week) opportunity to contribute to the success of a dynamic town planning consultancy? Barr Planning is seeking an experienced Administration Coordinator to join their Newcastle Office. In this role, you will provide essential administrative support to ensure the smooth running of the office including tasks related to project recording, human resources, marketing and quality assurance.
What you'll be doing Managing customer relations database and supporting the team with various administrative tasksSupporting marketing activities including event coordination, and administration of the website and social media platformsSupporting the administration and reporting of human resource functionsSupporting the development and maintenance of QA systems, processes and proceduresEnsure office efficiencies and functionality through coordination of hospitality, maintaining common areas, and overseeing supplies and equipment.What we're looking for Talented administrator with a dynamic personality to foster a collaborative team environmentStrong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectivelyExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, including written, visual and verbalProficiency in using Microsoft Office suite, Adobe Suite, and experience with website management, social media and other online platformsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamAn eye for detail with a commitment to accuracy and integrityFlexible and adaptable to changing priorities with ability to meet deadlinesQualifications in administration, business or marketing or extensive experience in office management would be favourableWhat we offer
