The Client
Our Client is an established and leading development firm with a diverse portfolio of assets working closely with investors. Their focus is on providing investors with value by funding land sub-divisions.
The Role
As the Administration Coordinator, you will work alongside the General Counsel to ensure compliance across self-managed super funds.
Key Responsibilities: Liaise with ASIC and lodge documents.Coordinate staff training and drive continuous improvements in compliance activities/processes.Prepare and review documents/forms.Draft and process fund documents.Maintain accurate records of documents.Perform assurance control activities.Monitor the review of policies in line with compliance requirements.Respond to compliance enquiries.What's on Offer Relaxed corporate environmentCompany career progression opportunitiesYoung and vibrant cultureRewarding package of $70,000 to $85,000 plus superModern CBD office (recently undergoing a $3 million fit-out)Ideal Candidate Strong organizational and time-management skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Experienced with ASIC and SMSF advantageous.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.Knowledge of financial and administrative processes.Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines.APPLY NOW or call Summer Jane on 0450 472 828 for more information or email your CV to ******.
