Our team of experienced and dedicated staff go that extra mile to ensure a professional and personalised service from the initial quote, right through to delivery.As a Administration Clerk you will be responsible for looking after selected customers aligned with a showroom Sales Rep. You will be required to process the customer orders, coordinate stock, deliveries & returns when required by the customer.Responsibilities:Confirm orders with customers & enter order into system with accuracyOrdering stock from various suppliers & notify buying team of requirementsLiaise with customers and arrange delivery & return of goodsKeeping track of all open orders by checking on job stage, stock, delivery dates and payment for CODConfirming details on orders are correct with the customer, such as delivery address, site contact, products and quantitiesInform customers of any delays or problems, work with sales rep to resolveRespond to customer inquiriesCommunicate professionally via phone & email with HNC staff/divisions, suppliers & customersRequirements:Excellent Communication skills with the ability to liaise with people on all levelsAble to provide outstanding customer service & build relationship with customerOrganisational skills with the ability to manage workload and prioritise tasksData entry accuracy with an eye for detailComputer skills, POS & CRM experience but not necessary as we are able to provide trainingPersonal & professional presentationTeam commitmentIf you are keen, motivated and willing to contribute to a successful team, then we look forward to hearing from you!#J-18808-Ljbffr
