About the role Join the team at Seasonedrecruiter as an Admin Assistant in our vibrant Sydney office.
This full-time position will see you supporting our busy operations with a range of essential administrative duties.

What you'll be doing Providing general administrative support to the broader team Managing calendars, scheduling meetings and coordinating travel arrangements Handling a variety of administrative tasks including data entry, filing, photocopying and ordering office supplies Assisting with the preparation of reports, presentations and other documents Welcoming and assisting visitors to the office Maintaining electronic and physical filing systems Responding to inquiries and providing excellent customer service What we're looking for Previous experience in an administrative support role, ideally in a fast-paced environment Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks Strong written and verbal communication skills Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Friendly, professional and customer-service oriented Ability to work independently as well as part of a team What we offer At Seasonedrecruiter, we pride ourselves on our supportive and collaborative work culture.
