Administration Assistant - Vehicle Registration Processing

Stewart Automotive Group located in Sutherland is seeking an Administration Assistant to assist with Vehicle Registrations for our busy dealerships.
The responsibilities in the role will be to assist with registering vehicles in line with the deadlines of our sales team, data entry of information into an online portal, liaising with various sales departments and managers to ensure all vehicles are ready for delivery to the customer in time, assisting with stock control where required and any ad hoc duties as requested by your manager.
The successful candidate will ideally have experience in a vehicle registrations position, if not experience in a similar data entry or administration role would be highly regarded. You will have excellent accuracy, attention to detail and be deadline driven with strong communication skills. On the job training will be provided where required.
