We are currently seeking a reliable motivated Administration Assistant to join our team , reporting to Manager – People & Capability you will be responsible for providing administration support to the Foundation whilst being first point of contact at the Foundation Head Office.
This is a 12-month fixed-term part-time (Monday to Wednesday) 22.5 hours per week contract position. The key areas of focus in this role: Providing first level knowledge about the Foundation Reception duties (Distributing incoming calls and monitoring administration emails) Greeting, directing, and supporting visitors, inclusive of program participants Coordinating meeting room bookings for external stakeholders Other general administration support to Foundation staff at the head office You may be what we are looking for if you have the following experience / skills:
Positive can-do attitude, eager to learn Exceptional customer service Strong attention to detail and a fast learner Excellent phone and computer skills Strong organisational skills Punctual, reliable, and honest Performs well in a busy environment Team player but also able to work autonomously Previous administration experience Ability to obtain: Police clearance and Working with Children.
