Are you an organised and tech-savvy individual looking to make a difference in a dynamic team environment? We are a growing electrical and solar company based on the North side of Brisbane and invite you to apply for an exciting Administration Professional role. 
At our company, we prioritise teamwork and exceptional customer service!
With a focus on both customer service and team administration your duties will include: Manage daily administrative tasks such as data entry, scheduling and file organisation.Creating  and maintaining Excel sheets, reports, and databases to support our operations.Using and managing CRM (ServiceM8) for scheduling jobs, tracking jobs, Invoicing and reports.Setting  up and managing project management tools (ServiceM8) to organise projects, timelines, and job scheduling.Scheduling and coordinating trade technicians for jobs and service calls.Communicating with clients to handle customer service inquiries professionally and effectively.Providing support for job management processes and tools; adapting quickly to new job management software.Supporting our team with trade-related knowledge; familiarity with the basics of the electrical industry is a plus.Managing admin and managers inbox; using flags and categories to mark priority and set up filters to automatically sort incoming emails into the appropriate folders or store them in ServiceM8.What we are looking for: Tech-savvy Skills: Quick learner with the ability to efficiently adapt to new tools, software, and systems.Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Strong skills in Excel and other Microsoft Office tools.Familiarity with CRMs: Experience with ServiceM8 software, proposal software, and job management systems.Time Management Skills: Strong ability in time management and experience with scheduling jobs and basic quotingCustomer Service Orientation: Excellent communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanour.Detail-Oriented: Self-motivated, organised and capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities.Trade Knowledge (Bonus): Knowledge of the electrical industry or previous experience in a trade-related role is advantageous.Why join us: Be part of a forward-thinking company that values innovation and sustainabilityCollaborate with a supportive and enthusiastic team dedicated to making a positive impact.Enjoy a competitive salary and benefits package, along with opportunities for professional growth.Keen to join the team?
