Role: Administration Assistant Location: Kalamunda, WA Centre: Goodstart Kalamunda Employment Type: Part Time – 16 hours per week - Monday, Wednesday, Friday Pay: $31.59 In this role, you will: Support the Centre Director to prioritise and build the centre's attendance pipeline. Deliver a high standard of customer service, including responding to enquiries in a friendly and professional manner. Perform key business administration tasks. Build and maintain strong relationships with families. What do you need? Excellent oral and written communication skills – proficient in English is a MUST. Experience in expanding business' online presence and marketing through community engagements. Experience in marketing using social media. Great understanding of budgets, marketing, and occupancy uplifts. Exceptional customer service skills, prior admin experience in a similar role is highly regarded. Tech savvy and experience with social media. Ability to think outside the box. An ability to multi-task and prioritise your work while remaining efficient and proactive. Has experience reaching out to the community. Enthusiastic and uplifting personality. Previous experience in the early childhood sector. A diploma in Administration or similar is highly advantageous. Must hold, or be willing to obtain, a national Working With Children Check card.
