ADMINISTRATION ASSISTANT INCLUSIVE EDUCATION Full-Time Term Time

We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Administration Assistant Inclusive Education person who demonstrates previous experience in a similar role with a commitment to service excellence and professionalism.
This role forms part of an inclusive, supportive and high performing team, within a values-based environment, reporting to the Director of Inclusive Education.
Position Purposes:
To provide effective, timely and accurate administration support service to the Inclusive Education Team.
Position commences as soon as possible, working 45 weeks per year with salary spread over 52 weeks.
Successful Candidate Credentials
Have or be prepared to obtain Accreditation to Work in a Catholic School; Certificate III in Administration or equivalent (minimum); Maintain the currency of specialist expertise through a commitment to ongoing professional development; Working with Children Check clearance; Satisfactory National Police clearance; Have or be prepared to undertake Mandatory Reporting training; and Hold appropriate Australian Work rights.
Selection Criteria
Relevant experience gained in a similar role; Advanced Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications; Proficient use of SEQTA and Synergetic is essential; Use of ELO Professional 11, REACH and Consent2Go is desirable; Experience managing sensitive and/or confidential information; Previous experience working with medical terminology (desirable); Strong interpersonal and influencing skills, enabling harmonious and positive relationships with colleagues, students, parents/guardians; Sound time management and organisational skills with the ability to prioritise work; Demonstrated ability to work effectively as a team player or autonomously.
