Administration Assistant

Details of the offer

Programmed is a leading provider of managed workforce and training services.
Programmed is seeking an experienced Administration Officer to work with its mining client in the Gunnedah region.
Key Responsibilities:

Reception duties
Data collection and analytical reporting
Accounts payable
Taking deliveries
Cleaning office
Document management
Filing and archiving
Various administrative tasks as required

Requirements:

Proven experience in an administrative role
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in using MS Office Suite, experience with Excel is essential
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
High attention to detail
Hold a current Australian Drivers Licence
Have unlimited working rights in Australia
Be able to supply 2 current work references
Willing to complete a criminal history check
Willing to work Monday to Friday
