You will be working across a varied array of departments within Gunnedah District Hospital.
You will be providing relief for administrative roles in Community Health, General Ward, ED, Finance. About the role: You will be providing consistent, high-quality customer service as a person of first contact including, telephone, email enquiries and personal contact with clients.Provide high-level administration support to Gunnedah Hospital.
This includes updating IPM, admissions, discharges and filing, DMR, supporting clinicians, outpatient clinics, ward support, Community Health support etc.Ensuring all Health Information and data is entered within timeframes and with a high level of accuracy.You will be supported by the Administration Manager and other members of the Administration team, Department Managers and the rest of the Gunnedah District Health Service team.
Education and online training are available.
