About the Service:
LikeMind is an innovative mental health service funded by Ministry of Health, providing a one stop hub and support for people aged 18 to 65 years currently experiencing or having experienced mental health issues.

This position will provide administrative assistance to the LikeMind team.
Overall, the role undertakes a range of administrative tasks that support the team to focus on quality service provision.
Participate in the smooth running of the centre services Reception support - meeting and greeting clients, taking phone calls, booking appointments.
Managing inbound referrals to the service, providing effective communication channels with service partners and General Practitioners.
Provide general administration duties to ensure the smooth running of day to day operations of LikeMind including message taking, maintaining stationery resources, photocopying, mailing correspondence.
Under supervision data entry of confidential information into relevant databases and information management systems.
Oversee office equipment and report defects Report when observing areas for centre maintenance including Workplace Health and Safety requirements, hazard inspections, safe practice and environment audits as required Requirements:
Ideally a Cert III in Business Administration or similar qualification Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise, meet deadlines, work well with others and manage communications and information confidentially Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to maintain a calm, pleasant and respectful manner whilst dealing with a diverse range of people, in particular to respond with respect and sensitivity Experience in a similar role working in a healthcare/medical setting Demonstrated ability to exercise initiative, solve problems and seek counsel where appropriate.
Current driver's license.
Good computer skills and use of Microsoft Office suite Ability to work independently and contribute positively as a team member Must be eligible to apply/currently hold a WWCC Must hold a current /be willing to apply for NDIS worker screening clearance Vaccination against COVID-19 is a requirement for all positions and is in accordance with Stride policy.
