What you'll do This is a newly created role with the opportunity to make an immediate impact! You'll leverage your administrative expertise and keen attention to detail to bring operational efficiency to the organisation. This hands-on role covers a broad range of responsibilities, including project coordination, client communication, and document management. You'll collaborate with stakeholders across Australia, New Zealand, Canada, the UK, and the US. While there will be challenges, your problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively will help you achieve positive outcomes. Provide administrative support to the management team and various departments.Assist in project coordination and progress tracking to ensure timely completion.Manage client communications by responding to enquiries, maintaining relationships, and coordinating resources.Maintain organised records and documentation for projects, contracts, and other key information.Build trusted relationships with new and existing clients, both internal and external.Assist with preparing reports and presentations as needed.Create and maintain documentation, including training materials, delivery guidelines, and process documentation.This is an autonomous role with an ambitious roadmap. Along with at least 2 years of administrative experience, you'll need:
Proven experience as an Administrative Coordinator, Administrator, or in a similar role.Ability to work effectively with clients, managing communications and building lasting relationships.Ability to thrive under pressure, adapt to shifting priorities, and excel in a dynamic work environment.Strong problem-solving skills and sound judgment.Adaptive influencing and relationship-building abilities across senior executives, peers, and clients.Keen attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in tasks that require precision.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and collaboration tools like Slack, Trello, or Monday.Excellent organisational skills, with a focus on completing tasks on schedule and meeting quality standards.LEAP is an inclusive, people-first company, committed to removing barriers that keep people from reaching their potential.
