They are specialists in the Tax, Business Advisory, and Corporate Finance space and service a range of Australian businesses, families and also multinationals.
They are seeking an Administration Assistant to join their team to assist with the organisation's daily operations. Working in admin team of 3 and reporting to the Partner, your roles consists of: 
Collating tax returns and financials:
ASIC compliance including processing annual statements, incorporating companies, trusts, SMSFs etc, minutes, ABN/TFN registrations, making changes to addresses, shares etc. Lodgements or tax returns, BAS, IAS, FBT and SMSFsLiaising with clients, ATO, ASIC and other institutionsUpdating internal client database Prepare reports and summaries for the teamFiling – electronically and manuallyDisbursements and entering into the systemReception reliefAd-hoc project based tasksApplicants: 2 years' experience or more in a professional services firm (accounting, legal or wealth management) Experience with MYOB and/or XeroStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work as part of a team and meet deadlinesOrganised and detail-orientedFor any questions or a confidential discussion, please call Daniel Van on ******** alternatively send your CV to [email protected]
