Independent Living Specialists (ILS) has evolved over the last 18 years to be the largest retailer of Assistive Technology equipment in Australia. We have 60 stores and over 730 team members located in the ACT, NSW, Queensland, Victoria and South Australia, and are continuing to expand our footprint.
We have a vacancy for an experienced Administration Assistant for an immediate start to provide support to our growing Product Specialist team. Based out of either our Lane Cove or Eastern Creek office, this fixed-term contract role (maternity leave backfill) is fast-paced and very rewarding, requiring you to use your extensive time management and organisational skills.
Responsibilities include: Provide all required administration support to the Product Specialist teamCompleting and Processing Product Specialist ordersAttending to Product Specialist customer service requirementsPoint of contact for Product Specialist, clients and account customersProviding Customer Service to all ILS customers as requiredAttend to inbound customer calls priority to account customer/allied health line, and support for general inbound callsAlways remain flexible in responding to requirements of Product Specialist team to foster the best customer/account outcomesAccountable for monitoring and actioning request from direct and relevant group emails within detailed timeframesReceipt and processing of orders, and requests within timely manager, expected to be actioned within 24 hours from receiptConfirm all jobs within timely manner to ensure timely service completion, invoicing and stock integrityTo maintain a positive, pleasant and professional manner when working at ILS About You: You will have a Customer Service/Administration background, with a minimum of 12 months experience in a similar role.Collaborative work style, commitment to getting the job doneStrong communication skillsConsistently high level of accuracy in data entryExceptional time management and organisation skillsHealth care industry experience (desirable)NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to apply)SAP experience (desirable) What's In It For You: Competitive remunerationCompany Paid Parental LeaveBirthday leaveOne day volunteering leaveEmployee benefits and rewardsProfessional and supportive team environmentOngoing extensive training and coachingHybrid working (available after the initial probation period) ILS is a company that prides itself on flexibility, innovation and passion.
