Administration Assistant

We have a vacancy in our office in Prestons for an experienced Administration Assistant for our Sewer and Water Division to provide a high level of administrative support to the Manager and the team to assist with the operation of this department, including typing of quotations, project files, liaise with water authority, project variations, invoicing and general office duties.
This is a permanent position (35 hours per week)
Essential Skills & Experience
You will have a strong Administration background with experience in providing a broad range of administrative and related support servicesIntermediate - Advanced MS Office skills including Word, Excel and OutlookExperience in EXO accounting software preferableExperience in construction/trade industry and small business knowledge preferableExperience with Water Service Coordinators/Sydney Water would be an advantageSalary negotiable.
