Springmount Services is a 100% Australian owned and operated integrated services company with over 1900 staff nationwide, and we are currently on the lookout for a Customer Service Officer who shares our commitment to service excellence and care.
Duties
providing general administrative support including answering phone calls, managing employee rosters and work schedulesData entryAssisting with the organisation of office files and recordsHandling incoming and outgoing correspondence Supporting the preparation of various reports and presentationsCoordinating ordering of supplies and inventoryOffering a high level of customer service to both internal and external stakeholdersWhat we're looking for Previous experience in an administrative or office support role, ideally within the service based industryStrong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectivelyExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsProficiency in using Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and WordKnowledge of FoundU and Wise would be an advantage however training will be providedA keen eye for detail and the ability to work accurately under pressureA positive, friendly, and customer-service oriented attitudeCandidates only to apply if comfortable working within a small office team Annual Leave rostered around University semesters
