Part-time opportunity – 3 days/week, located in Lewisham Flexible working arrangement $40.000 - $45.000 + Super + Salary Packaging What you'll be doing… Reporting to the Director, you will support our newly formed Stakeholder Engagement Team (SET).
This role is crucial to the success of our team in supporting all Agency programs by delivering exceptional marketing, communications, event planning and relationship management services.
Some of your key responsibilities include: Providing administrative support to the Director, SET including diary management, coordination of meetings, travel and assisting with new starter related activities Coordinating philanthropy and fundraising databases and lists including reconciliation of platforms for donations, pledges and tickets to events Overseeing, managing and securing collateral and branding merchandise to ensure that stock is available for Expos, Conferences or staff events including placing orders in time for events and ensuring stock purchases are within budget Establishing and building positive relationships with key external stakeholders through engaging methods of communication and negotiation skills Undertaking appropriate WHS training and complying with CatholicCare WHS policies and procedures.
