WORK FROM HOME:
ICS Pty Ltd is a small business providing maintenance services to many clients throughout Sydney and NSW.  We are based in the South-West Sydney area and are seeking a part-time administrative assistant to join our friendly and dynamic team. We offer flexible working conditions and on the job training in all facets of our business. This position is for 3 days per week – 6hrs per day.  You may be required to cover annual leave of other administrative employees when required. Your day will be varied and busy with the bonus of working from home.
We are seeking those after a long-term position.  The successful applicant will be someone seeking to grow and escalate their experience within our company over time.  We are willing to train, if you are willing to learn.  Age is irrelevant, attitude is everything.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in administrative tasksAbility to work autonomously and as part of a teamEffective communication skills and a collaborative approach to teamworkPrevious experience in an administrative role preferredExperience in ServieM8 preferred but not essential as training will be provided.Experience in Xero preferred but not essential as training will be providedIntermediate knowledge of Microsoft (Excel, Word)Current Driver's LicenseTASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Answering phone calls and maintaining multiple email accountsScheduling jobs for other team members using ServiceM8Processing of quotes and invoicing through ServiceM8 and XeroLiaise with clients in organising technicians to attend their site.Managing office supplies, uniform orders and materials ordersManage company vehicle registration and insurance documentationPerform other ad-hoc administrative tasks as requiredProvide administrative to the Director and Business Manager.
