We are looking out for: Experience as an Administration Officer in Aged Care or a similar Health related organisation Highly organised and able to manage time effectively Managing a Reception area including high-volume calls and emails as well as in-person enquiries Excellent customer service and communication skills Team player but also able to work independently Resilience and ability to manage complaints and problem-solve Above average computer literacy, in particular Microsoft Office and experience in CRM systems Attention to detail Excellent written and verbal skills Join us today and see where it takes you tomorrow!
It is a mandatory requirement for a team member working in the Aged Care sector to have a valid Police Check or a valid National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) check, or potentially both, to undertake the inherent requirements of the role.
