Coordinate the day-to-day accounts payable and accounts receivable activities that relate to sponsored and investigator driven clinical trials Assist with research ethics & governance activities when time permits Work collaboratively with the site finance team to ensure that the clinical trial activities are appropriately recorded within the Hospital finance systems Work collaboratively with the clinical trials team to assist with research ethics and research governance activities Key Responsibilities Management of day-to-day finance activities, with particular focus on accounts receivable and accounts payable Assist with the start-up processes for clinical trials, ensuring that the site is able to be activated as quickly as possible Work collaboratively with the site finance team to ensure that the clinical trial activities are appropriately recorded within the Hospital finance systems Work collaboratively with the clinical trials team to assist with research ethics and research governance activities Remuneration On offer is a base annual salary ranging from $60,000 - $70,000 + superannuation based on experience level and qualifications, exclusive of penalties or allowances

The network employs over 60 team members who focus on the establishment and development of clinical trials at our sites Our clinical trial activities focus on Oncology & Haematology, Mental Health, Musculoskeletal Disease and Cardiology as well as other therapeutic areas Requirements Experience in a medical administrative or finance environment Experience working with busy clinicians and an understanding of how to effectively manage and work within a fast-paced, dynamic environment Proven ability to establish relationships, influence, and work in partnership with stakeholders and employees at all levels Demonstrated high-level oral and written skills Demonstrated high-level conceptual and analytical skills and the capacity to show initiative, to develop solutions and ensure that each research project is successful Demonstrated ability to plan and pursue challenging goals whilst successfully managing competing priorities High-level knowledge of relevant codes and legislation related to human research ethics and research governance within Australia About Ramsay Health Care Ramsay Health Care was established in 1964 and has grown to become a global hospital group operating over 480 hospitals and day surgery facilities across Australia, United Kingdom, France, Scandinavia, Indonesia and Malaysia
