Our client is currently seeking an Administration Assistant to join their busy team to assist with various office administration tasks. Reporting to the General Manager and Administration Supervisor, you will be supporting department team members with a variety of administration tasks but primarily focusing on customer service and related data entry.
Key responsibilities: Assist with reception duties including answering incoming calls and providing assistance with in-person enquiries and client visits. Process customer orders, update the system, and provide order details to relevant department members. Liaise with sales staff and customers regarding orders, stock forecast, and stock levels. Provide support to the administration team including data entry, updating stocktake records, compiling and managing Excel spreadsheet data, and completing reporting. Prepare conference rooms for business meetings. Run office errands including general banking, postage, shopping for staff amenities, cleaning items, and stationery. Minimum Requirements: Previous experience in a similar Administration role. Friendly and professional communication ability in a business environment. Strong Microsoft Excel skillset including pivot charts and tables, VLOOKUP, and other filters. Accurate typing ability. Ability to collaborate within a team setting. Full working rights in Australia. Driver licence (P1 or above) as the site is not accessible by public transport. Rate of Pay: $34.59 p/h

Hours of work: 8:30am to 4:00pm Monday to Friday
