The successful applicant will become an integral part of the team and be provided with unique learning and development opportunities.
Position Responsibilities Answer and respond to client queries as required.Coordinate and manage mail and courier deliveries coming in and going out.Provide administrative support to the Client Director, Client Manager and broader team.Maintain client database and update client details as required.Work in collaboration with the team to prepare and lodge ATO and ASIC documentation.Assisting projects that contribute towards building the culture of Kelly+Partners.Other duties as required.About you Strong customer service and client-centric skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to liaise with people across all levels of the organisation.A determination that achieves set outcomes and a focus on delivering results.Excellent time management and organisational skillsAttention to detailProactive attitude, self-motivated and enthusiastic.Flexible and willingness to undertake a wide variety of tasks in a fast paced environment.
